- $16+ base hourly — plus bonus commissions that take you to $18–$22/hr

What You’ll Do
- SELL, SELL, SELL — memberships to first-timers + upgrades for returning members and gift cards.
- Make every guest feel welcome (in person + over the phone). They need to know how happy we are that they have chosen us.
- Help guests schedule an elevated service with the right therapist
- Consistently crush your sales goals (and celebrate when you do!)
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience — you are energized by guests trusting your recommendations and closing sales! …and aren’t shy about it.
- A bold, outgoing personality that makes guests feel at home
- Strong software skills (you know your way around fast-paced systems)
- A passion for amazing service + clear communication
- Availability for varied hours (weekends, evenings, holidays)

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
