Home Inspector (Paid Training & Apprenticeship Program – North Carolina)

Focused Property Inspections (FPI) is growing across North Carolina, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Paid Training & Apprenticeship Program — a direct path to becoming a Licensed North Carolina Home Inspector.

No prior experience is required. We’ll pay you to train alongside experienced professionals, learning everything you need to launch a successful career in one of real estate’s most trusted professions.

What You’ll Learn

Ideal Candidate
  • Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and outdoors
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
