RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary lead for answering and directing inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage billing processes and assist with claims handling as assigned.
- Direct clients and visitors within the office to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment.
- Support administrative tasks to facilitate efficient office workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensación: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
