Our Portage office is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our team in person. You’ll be the heartbeat of the office—supporting our customers, elevating their experience, and helping drive agency growth.
What You’ll Do
As the primary in-office representative, you’ll handle:
- Inbound customer calls
- Policy changes & general service requests
- Billing questions & rate discussions
- Claims guidance
- Customer insurance reviews
- Cross-selling & meeting sales goals
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, loves being on the phone, and wants a career—not just a job.

- No insurance experience required — we will train you!
- Willingness to obtain P&C license upon hire (we help with this)
