ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Dave Orr's State Farm Agency, you will create exceptional customer experiences that contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our agency. Your strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and genuine desire to help people make you an ideal fit for this role. You will advance your career by resolving customer inquiries, collaborating with fellow agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
