As a Customer Relations Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our clients—providing top-tier service while identifying in-book sales opportunities through thoughtful product recommendations. You’ll help clients feel confident, cared for, and fully protected.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Assist clients with policy updates, billing, claims support, and general inquiries.

  • Educate & Advise – Provide needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right protection.

  • Identify Sales Opportunities – Recommend additional coverages that align with each customer’s situation.

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships – Serve as the trusted go-to for insurance solutions.

  • Support Agency Growth – Generate referrals and promote agency services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Communicator – Clear, confident, and personable.

  • Customer-Oriented Mindset – Passionate about helping others.

  • Service-Driven With Sales Awareness – Skilled at recognizing in-book sales opportunities while assisting clients.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – Able to handle multiple tasks and manage client accounts effectively.

  • Licensed or Willing to Obtain – State insurance licensing is required. Not licensed yet? No problem—we offer full support and guidance to help you get certified.
