Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships through clear communication and personalized support.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend tailored insurance solutions based on client needs.
- Confidently present, explain, and sell a wide range of insurance products.
- Handle service inquiries, renewals, and customer satisfaction with professionalism.
- Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to drive revenue and increase your income.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Experience in insurance sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (preferred).
- A proven track record—or strong motivation—to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses, or a willingness to obtain them (full licensing support provided).

Compensación: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
