🔧 Position Overview
The Air Quality Services Technician is responsible for performing residential and light-commercial:
The Air Quality Services Technician is responsible for performing residential and light-commercial:
- Residential Air duct and HVAC system cleaning
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Mini-split cleaning
You’ll work directly with customers, use industry-leading equipment, and help ensure safe, healthy indoor environments.
💼 Responsibilities
- Perform service calls on time and with a high standard of professionalism
- Inspect systems and identify cleaning needs or safety issues
- Operate specialized cleaning tools and equipment
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate documentation and service reports
- Uphold company safety and quality standards
✅ Qualifications
- Experience in duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, or HVAC cleaning preferred (we will train the right person)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
