About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flat-Rate RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in RV diagnostics, repair, and maintenance across a wide range of systems. You should be confident working independently, able to manage flat-rate productivity efficiently, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, slide-outs, chassis components, and more
- Perform installation of accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket equipment
- Conduct inspections and provide accurate repair estimates
- Work efficiently in a flat-rate environment while maintaining strong quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers when needed
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on RV technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple RV systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time in a flat-rate shop environment
- Familiarity with a wide range of RV makes, models, and components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
- RVIA, RVDA, ASE, or manufacturer certifications
- Experience with both motorized and towable units
- Ability to train or mentor junior technicians

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
