Job Summary
The Learning Experience is hiring a Daycare Teacher to create a safe, fun, and engaging classroom where children learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Lead age appropriate lessons, play based activities, and daily routines
- Support children in meeting developmental, social, and emotional milestones
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and positive classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication
- Follow the TLE curriculum and classroom guidelines to ensure a consistent learning experience
- Promote positive behavior, independence, and problem solving skills
Qualifications
- Experience in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education
- CDA or ECE credential preferred
- Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork
