Your Role
As a Manager or Assistant Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations—leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling and labor management to meet business needs
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in food service or retail (fast casual preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly
- A hands-on leader who inspires teamwork and positivity
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
