This is a fully licensed role (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). If you’re not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain your licenses—our agency will provide full training and licensing support.
What You’ll Do

Proactively market and sell insurance products, engaging both warm and cold prospects to grow agency revenue.

What We’re Looking For
- A sales-first mindset with the drive to exceed performance targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience in insurance or sales preferred
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
