ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in July 2014 and currently has two team members who play an essential role in helping our customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a bar manager and bartender — an experience that taught me the value of strong communication, multitasking, and genuine connection with people. My wife, who worked as a team member in a State Farm agency, encouraged me to take the leap into agency ownership, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I’m a graduate of Chapman University, a husband, and a proud father of four. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to create that same balance and sense of belonging within our office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bradley Purcell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensación: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
