Job Summary
We are looking for a Full-time (or Part-time) professional housekeeper to join our team at Crossroads at Lakewood, a busy memory care community in Lakewood, Colorado. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors with dementia by attending to their personal rooms - and community as a whole - with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to maintain a clean and orderly environment for our residents and a welcoming community atmosphere for their visiting family members and guests.
Responsibilities:
Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, making beds, etc.
Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet our community's high standards
Report any damages to the rooms to director staff
Respond to requests and/or family complaints with professionalism and patience
Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a senior living environment preferred
Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Friendly, customer-oriented personality
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
Able to work quickly without compromising quality
Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods
