About the Role:
Join the Allstate Insurance Agency - Miriam Vega team as an Office Assistant/Marketing & Telemarketing Support! You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations while helping us connect with our clients through effective marketing and telemarketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating engaging content for social media and email campaigns.
- Conduct telemarketing outreach to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for the agency team.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and client feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new marketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients over the phone and in person.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Experience in marketing or telemarketing is an advantage.
