Jeff Gottesman State Farm is seeking a driven, competitive, and sales-focused Account Manager who thrives on winning business and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. This position requires both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively engage prospects to close new business across multiple product lines
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and upsell additional protection
- Retain and expand existing accounts through high-quality relationship management
- Solve complex customer needs while staying laser-focused on revenue growth
- Convert warm leads and generate outbound opportunities to maximize production
Who You Are
- Confident sales professional with a track record of exceeding goals
- Excellent communicator capable of influencing buying decisions
- Self-motivated, persistent, and eager to pursue every new opportunity
- Licensed in P&C and Life & Health (or willing to obtain quickly with support)
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
