As an Account Representative, you’ll play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You’ll engage prospects, uncover needs, and deliver solutions that provide real value — while earning a strong income through performance.

Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health required. Candidates not yet licensed must be willing to obtain licenses with full support and paid training from our agency.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business growth through proactive outreach and consistent pipeline activity

  • Present tailored insurance solutions that clearly communicate protection benefits

  • Build and maintain client loyalty through expert service and ongoing relationship management

  • Support policy servicing needs including applications, renewals, and coverage changes

Who You Are

  • A natural relationship-builder with strong sales instincts

  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented

  • Organized, efficient, and committed to timely follow-up

  • Skilled in customer service and/or sales roles

  • Licensed or eager to become licensed quickly with agency support
