Are you a competitive sales professional who loves turning conversations into wins? Michael Friel State Farm is seeking an Account Representative who can actively close business, generate new opportunities, and ensure clients stay confident in their coverage.
This is a licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health). Not licensed yet? We’ll provide full support to get you there quickly.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll take charge of growing the agency by engaging prospects, recommending tailored coverage solutions, and securing new business. You’ll also provide essential support to keep customers satisfied and protected. Your ambition and relationship-building skills will directly influence agency success—and your own earning potential.
Key Responsibilities

Accelerate Sales: Present and sell insurance products, converting warm and cold leads

Expand Protection: Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions with confidence

Support Client Success: Assist with policy updates, applications, and renewals

Deliver a Great Experience: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries

Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
Qualifications
- Strong sales-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed goals
- Confident communicator who thrives in conversation and relationship-building
- Detail-focused and effective at managing a fast-paced workload
- Prior sales or client-facing experience preferred
- Must hold or be willing to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses (support provided)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
