- Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on financial and insurance solutions
- Provide consultative guidance on retirement planning, investment options, and risk protection
- Proactively market insurance and financial service products to drive revenue and expand portfolios
- Stay informed on product offerings and market trends to confidently advise clients
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance sales, or similar consultative roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and close
- Active insurance licenses required; FINRA Series 7 and 63 strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, professional, and passionate about helping customers achieve financial security
