The ideal candidate will:
- Be a flexible, self-starter comfortable working in a high paced, changing start up clinic.
- Have experience working in a fee-or-service private practice clinical supervisor level-role.
- Have experience providing clinical supervision to MSW/LMSW therapists.
- Be comfortable maintaining a weekly patient load of 22-25 Clients.
- Long term stability and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Support hiring and onboarding of all new hires, ensuring all re1uired clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed.
- Hold Staff accountable for meeting performance expectations.
- Manage staff performance, including implementing Performance Coaching, Growth Action Plans and termination as needed.
- Create and sustain an atmosphere that fosters collaboration, inclusion and growth.
- Provide clinical oversight to the clinic's mental health practitioners and professionals, including signing clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with Owners and Corporate Staff to implement strategies for fiscal and clinical efficiency.

- This position will be under the general direction of the Clinical Director.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
