ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Producer for Kasha Williams Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. We are looking for dynamic, driven and diverse professionals who are committed to always doing what is right for the customer and completing all daily activities as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Must be willing to sell and market products effectively
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance and financial services sales and service
- Experience working in professional insurance environment
- Sales Experience preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills a MUST
- Minimum of one license required (General Lines Property & Casualty OR Life, Health Acc)
- Base, Commission and Bonus
Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
