ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in January 2018 and currently have a team of four dedicated team members. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me a strong foundation for leading and supporting my own team today.

I’m a proud graduate of Jacksonville State University and happily married. Outside of the office, I’m passionate about community service and currently serve as the Director of the Lincoln Food Pantry.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Tate - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
