ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in January 2025, and while we’re a newer office, we’re already building something special — a place where growth, teamwork, and integrity come first. Before opening my agency, I worked in IT consulting for a Fortune 500 company. Later, I helped my husband in his State Farm office, and that experience inspired me to start my own agency — to create opportunities for others and build a team focused on helping people protect what matters most.

I’m a graduate of St. John’s University, married to another State Farm agent, and mom to a wonderful four-year-old. We stay connected to our community by participating in local events and supporting causes that make a difference whenever we can.

Our office culture is positive, collaborative, and rooted in growth. I believe in hands-on leadership, open communication, and creating an environment where everyone can learn, improve, and succeed together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carla Rodriguez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
