Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Create a safe, child-centered environment that encourages learning and exploration.
- Support daily routines including circle time, art, literacy activities, and sensory play.
- Promote social-emotional development and help children build positive peer relationships.
- Communicate with families about each child’s day, progress, and classroom experiences.
- Maintain an organized, developmentally appropriate classroom that meets licensing standards.
- Ensure full compliance with New Jersey childcare regulations and center policies.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a daycare, preschool, childcare, or early childhood setting preferred.
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Reliable, patient, and passionate about teaching young children.
