What You'll Do
- Respond to homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and other property damage
- Set up drying equipment and monitor the drying process
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
- Take photos and document job progress (we'll teach you)
- Support customers throughout the restoration process
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized

- Reliable and ready to work
- Positive with a strong team attitude
- Willing to learn new skills
- Comfortable performing physical work
- Interested in building a long-term career
- Construction, moving, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus - but not required.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, good driving record for past 3 years.
- Ability to pass a background check going back to age 18.
