Front Desk Coordinator – Woodhouse Spa (St. Petersburg, FL)
The Woodhouse Spa in St. Petersburg is hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa. We’re looking for someone polished, personable, and sales-savvy who can deliver a five-star guest experience from the moment guests walk in.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle guest inquiries
- Upsell spa services and retail products
- Process payments and balance the register
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or front desk roles
- Strong sales skills and customer service mindset
- Friendly, organized, and calm under pressure
- Able to stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends
