Responsibilities:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Medication Reminders / Meal Prep
- Companionship / Transportation:

Health Monitoring: Observe and document clients' condition.

Qualifications:
- CNA and/or extensive experience in adult caregiving, including ADL's.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Memory Care is a plus.

- Punctuality and reliability, committed to consistent communication.
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
