I opened my agency after serving nine years in the military and building a career focused on leadership and service. I was born and raised in Plainview, Texas, graduated from Plainview High School, and earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Webster University. Outside of work, I enjoy staying involved in the local community and am an active member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jj Castilleja - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $16.00 - $27.00 per hour
