Famous Tate is looking for a Carpenter/Maintenance Technician with experience in facility operations. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for building cabinetry for our retail locations and for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. Compensation depending upon experience and skills.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To provide excellent carpentry and cabinet making services.
- Perform carpenter and cabinet making duties and building repairs as needed
- Implement preventative maintenance measures
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Clean driver’s license and experience in driving a box truck NO POINTS
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Experienced in operating a variety of carpenter equipment and hand tools
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
Compensation: $21.00 - $60.00 per hour
