About the Role:
Join SERVPRO of Hesperia as a Restoration Technician, where you'll play a vital role in helping families and businesses recover from disasters. This exciting position offers hands-on experience in restoration services while working with a dedicated team committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup.
- Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques to restore properties to pre-loss condition.
- Document all work performed and communicate with clients regarding progress and services.
- Assist in the setup and operation of drying equipment and other restoration tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the restoration process.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the restoration industry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
