The ideal candidate will manage client insurance accounts, provide exceptional service, support policy management, and assist clients with their insurance needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, renewals, and claims processing.
- Provide product knowledge and support to help clients understand their insurance options.
- Process new applications, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with agents and underwriters to resolve client issues and optimize coverage.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed service and sales goals set by the agency.
- Stay up to date with insurance industry trends, State Farm products, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or account management preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with computer applications and insurance software systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Licensing as required by state (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
