Specific Responsibilities:
- Hold office hours for lead generation yet have availability for in-person calls each day,
possibly including some evenings to accommodate customer availability. - Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- In-home visits with residential clients to determine their HV AC needs and make the
appropriate recommendations for system replacement and air quality upgrades. - Phone and in-person visits to office buildings/complexes, commercial buildings and
multi-family complexes to generate annual maintenance contracts, service contracts and
present proposals for replacement of equipment. - Regular communication with our install team and client follow up before and after each
job - Complete all necessary paperwork to include: agreements, finance documents, heat gain
and loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms. - Lead generation activities to include attending networking events, home shows and
community events and making outbound calls. - Attend weekly Aire Serv coaching & development sessions.
- Motivated individual with a professional appearance and stellar personality is a must!
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Prior HVAC industry experience is preferred
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and
spreadsheet applications - Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills to insure scheduled deadlines are met
