RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule and discuss with on-board clients regarding life insurance needs and solutions though State Farm policies
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to customers
- Cultivate centers of influence and identify prospects for State Farm life policies
- Assist customers with death claims
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- State insurance license for life insurance, but open to a candidate with dynamic character and enthusiasm
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products
- Sales experience, preferably in insurance
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency with insurance agency software.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
