Job Summary
Friendly Dental Group is seeking a qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our established, referral-driven practices in Charlotte, NC. This role offers a high-volume surgical environment, modern facilities, and long-term growth potential within a dentist-owned organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop oral surgery treatment plans
- Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and related services
- Provide safe, high-quality perioperative and post-operative patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Utilize WinOMS software for patient records and case management
- Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and clinical support teams
- Educate patients on post-operative care and follow-up expectations
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license in North Carolina
- Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Experience with extractions, implants, and surgical procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, team-based environment
