Job Summary

 Friendly Dental Group is seeking a qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our established, referral-driven practices in Charlotte, NC. This role offers a high-volume surgical environment, modern facilities, and long-term growth potential within a dentist-owned organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop oral surgery treatment plans
  • Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and related services
  • Provide safe, high-quality perioperative and post-operative patient care
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Utilize WinOMS software for patient records and case management
  • Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and clinical support teams
  • Educate patients on post-operative care and follow-up expectations
Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active dental license in North Carolina
  • Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Experience with extractions, implants, and surgical procedures
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, team-based environment
