Front Desk Receptionist - Charlotte, NC
Join our established and growing dental practice! We're seeking an experienced Front Desk professional to join our expanding team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience
- Knowledge of clinical dentistry, front office administration, NC Medicaid, dental insurance, billing, and collections
- Strong scheduling experience for patients and providers
- Exceptional customer service and multitasking skills
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Dentrix experience, or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
What You'll Do:
- Welcome and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate patient records and update systems as needed
- Support billing and insurance processes
- Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries promptly

- Pay: $19–$23/hour, based on experience
