We are looking for a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager / Marketing CSR to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of leadership, customer service, and creative marketing. You’ll support daily operations, assist management, and help elevate our brand through smart, engaging customer communication.
🔧 Responsibilities
Assistant Manager Duties:
- Support daily business operations and coordinate with management
- Assist with scheduling, team communication, and workflow oversight
- Help ensure excellent customer experience and smooth service delivery
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment
- Track performance metrics and provide feedback to management
Marketing & CSR Duties:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Monitor marketing content across our social media platforms.
- Maintain marketing calendar for services, specials, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and partners
- Assist with online reviews, reputation management, and customer follow-ups
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
✔️ Qualifications
- Hvac/Plumbing work experience a plus
- Comfortable using scheduling or CRM software (Service Titan Preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, office support, or management preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing or social media management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
