ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager with Andy Torres State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your years of insurance experience, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Anticipate the needs of our customers and provide adequate insurance solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of insurance experience (agency level, preferred)
- High quality communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle a high volume of customer request.
- Previous customer service experience required.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
