As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be at the forefront of turning opportunities into meaningful customer relationships. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  •  Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  •  Property & Casualty license

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
