Pay: $17–$19 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Lead the toddler classroom and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Plan and implement engaging daily activities that support language development, early learning, and hands-on exploration.
- Model positive behavior and guide assistant teachers to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support toddler routines such as meals, diapering/toileting, transitions, and rest time.
- Communicate daily with families about progress, milestones, and classroom experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Virginia licensing standards and center policies.

High school diploma required.

Previous toddler classroom or childcare experience is required.
- Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate practices.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
