Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $17–$19 per hour
- Support multiple classrooms (Infants–Preschool) by assisting teachers and engaging with children.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment at all times.
- Assist with classroom routines such as activities, meals, diapering/toileting, and transitions.
- Provide coverage for staff breaks and planning periods as needed.
- Build warm, professional relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Help ensure the center remains clean, organized, and compliant with state licensing standards.

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in multiple classrooms.
- Must meet all Virginia state childcare licensing requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
