Hi Folks,

We are seeking an Expert Systems Analyst (Business Analyst) with 7+ years of experience to work with vendors and other stakeholders to define requirements for the Operations and Maintenance of the system. The Systems Analyst will elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements

Duration              :   12 + Months 
Client                   :   New York
Rate                     :   $50/ Hourly on W2
 

Key Responsibilities:

The Systems Analyst will elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for the Specific activities to be performed include, but are not limited, to:

·        Provide regular status updates to management on various projects and keep them abreast of risk, issues and mitigation plans
·        Research, and document resolution of requirements,  technical design comments, defects and gaps with business and vendor staff
·        Evaluate design, development, testing, and confirm that results are consistent with the system or business processes;
·        Analyze and revise flow charts, process models and technical specs describing as-is or to-be IT systems or business processes
 

 Qualifications:

  • 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
 Preferred Qualifications:

  • 84 months of experience in Information Technology supporting large scale software systems or applications.                                   
  • 84 months of experience analyzing large scale business processes and creating and reviewing test plans.                                               
  • 84 months of experience researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes.                                               
  • 84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management. 
  • 84 months of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care).                                 
  • 84 months of experience in researching, reviewing, and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements.                         
  • Bachelor’s degree.
