As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joey Dopp - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joey Dopp - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Proactively grow agency business by adding new customers
- Outbound calling to our current customers
- Setting in person and virtual appointments with current customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Sales experience required
- WI property, casualty, life, health insurance licensing required within first 90 days of employment
- Background check is required per State Farm agreement and your employer, Dopp Agency
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
