Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems.

- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies to drive innovation.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results for knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on AI projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
