ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 after spending five years working at State Farm’s regional office, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for building a people-first agency. Our team is small and tight-knit, with three members who work together in a true family-style environment and place a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
I opened my agency in 2006 after spending five years working at State Farm’s regional office, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for building a people-first agency. Our team is small and tight-knit, with three members who work together in a true family-style environment and place a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
I’m a father to three daughters who all play volleyball, and outside of work I enjoy skiing and spending time outdoors. Giving back is important to us as well — our family has even traveled to Tijuana to help build a home for a family in need, an experience that continues to shape how we show up for our customers, our community, and each other.
For our team, we offer a competitive and rewarding benefits package that includes paying 80% of health insurance premiums, a 401k with employer match, three weeks of PTO, and full licensing reimbursement. We also provide occasional work-from-home flexibility, especially around the holidays, and host monthly team lunches.
Performance is recognized and celebrated here. Team members can earn weekly and monthly cash prizes in addition to regular pay, qualify for extra vacation time by hitting goals, and enjoy unique experiences like an annual snowmobiling trip in the mountains when agency goals are met. For those who excel in Life production, we also send team members to a yearly gala as a reward for their success.
Our culture values healthy competition, a strong desire to hit goals, and a genuine commitment to learning and growth. We especially appreciate the mindset former athletes bring, and we actively support team members who are interested in advancing their careers — including those pursuing agency ownership one day. This is a place where people are encouraged to grow, compete with purpose, and build a meaningful long-term career.
