We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Professional who is ready to hit the ground running and help drive continued growth in our agency.

- Grow the agency through new business generation and cross-selling to our existing customer base
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with prospects and policyholders
- Provide trusted guidance by offering tailored Allstate protection solutions
- Educate customers on how to protect their families, assets, and future
- Deliver a consistently positive, professional customer experience
Who You Are — Required Qualifications
To ensure success in this role, candidates must meet both of the following requirements:
✔ Currently licensed in Property & Casualty (Life & Health preferred)
✔ At least 2 years of proven Allstate insurance sales experience
Additional qualities:
- Highly motivated, confident, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and follow-up activities
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed expectations
