ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in April 2024 after working as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience into building a strong, performance-driven office. I attended the University of California Riverside, and outside of work I enjoy hiking, playing pickleball, and trying new restaurants. Our team has grown to six members, and we operate with a clear focus on teamwork, accountability, and winning together. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joseph Lau - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
