Position Overview
Mission One is seeking a Technical Intelligence Analyst to support advanced technical and intelligence production across SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT, and TECHINT mission areas. This role is ideal for analysts with deep technical curiosity and operational rigor—professionals who understand how systems and sensors work and can translate technical signatures into clear intelligence judgments. This position may supports high-priority missions such as threat characterization, targeting support, collection optimization, and technical risk analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced analysis of signals, emissions, and technical phenomena
- Characterize adversary sensors, emitters, and weapon systems based on technical signatures
- Translate complex technical findings into intelligence assessments and operational reporting
- Support targeting, collection optimization, and capability assessments
- Contribute to technical threat models, risk analysis, and adversary system profiling
- Collaborate with multi-INT teams to drive integrated, actionable products for customers
- Produce and brief technical intelligence to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications (Baseline)
- Active security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (engineering, physics, computer science, math, etc.) or equivalent technical intelligence experience
- 3+ years of experience in SIGINT/ELINT/MASINT/TECHINT exploitation or analysis
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely
- Demonstrated experience with operational reporting and technical intelligence standards
- Strong writing skills with the ability to produce customer-facing intelligence products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DoD/IC technical systems and workflows
- Exposure to systems engineering, electronic warfare (EW/ESM), ISR payload operations, or sensor integration
- Familiarity with technical libraries/databases and standardized reporting formats
- Experience supporting:
- Technical targeting / collection planning
- Threat modeling and capability assessments
- Advanced emitter or sensor profiling

- Signal and phenomenology characterization products
- Sensor/emitter profiles and technical baselines
- Capability assessments and system risk analysis
