About the Role:
Join Look Up Therapy LLC as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in West Palm Beach, FL. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to provide high-quality ABA therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions with clients in various settings.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress and interventions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with ABA best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification and state licensure in Florida.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA therapy with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping children achieve their fullest potential.
- Knowledge of ethical and professional standards in ABA.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year

We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs. We also provide private-pay Occupational Therapy, private-pay Mental Health Counseling, and organizational trainings for schools, childcare centers, nonprofits, and community-based organizations.
