Key Responsibilities:
- Support the agency’s business goals through agreed-upon tasks and projects.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options.
- Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and contribute to business development.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Coursework or strong interest in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with attention to detail.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
